Welcome to anika boutique suites, a boutique hotel in Costa Rica. By accessing or using our website www.anikacr.com and/or booking a stay with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Reservations and Payments

Booking: Reservations can be made directly through our website or by contacting us at [email protected] or +506 8792-6015.

Payment: We accept major credit cards and cash payments. A valid credit card is required to secure your booking.

Deposit: A deposit may be required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The deposit amount and payment details will be communicated during the booking process.

Cancellation Policy: All paid prepayments are non-refundable. Please check with the hotel for more information.

2. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in Time: 3:00 PM

Check-out Time: 11:00 AM

Early Check-in/Late Check-out: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Guest Responsibilities

Identification: Guests must present valid identification upon check-in.

Behavior: Guests are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful to other guests, staff, and property. Guests are expected to comply to quiet hours. Any damage caused by guests to the property will be charged accordingly.

No Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited inside the hotel premises. Designated smoking areas are provided outside.

4. Privacy Policy

5. Limitation of Liability

Anika Boutique Hotel is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by guests during their stay. Guests are encouraged to take appropriate precautions and ensure their personal belongings are secure.

6. Force Majeure

Anika Boutique Hotel is not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, government actions, or other emergencies.

7. Changes to These Terms

Anika Boutique Hotel reserves the right to modify or update these terms of service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms of service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Costa Rica. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Costa Rica.
