Reservation Policy

● Age Restriction: Only +18 allowed

● Payment Methods: We accept both card and cash payments.

● No Pets Allowed, sorry.

Cancellation Policy

● Within 48 Hours: Reservations canceled within 48 hours of booking will incur no charges.

● After 48 Hours: If a reservation is canceled after 48 hours, 50% of the reservation cost will be charged.

● Day Before Booking: Cancellations made the day before the booking will not be eligible for a refund.

Damage Policy

● Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. The cost of the damages will be charged accordingly.

● Room Supplements: Any damage to sheets or other room supplements will also incur charges.

● Smoking is Prohibited Inside The Rooms.Pool policies

● anika takes no responsibilities for injury caused on premise or with pool use.

● Pool schedule 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Kitchen use policies

● Available for guests to use.

● Please clean after every use.

● Use your room fridges to store items.

Since we’re on a septic system, please do not throw toilet paper or feminine hygiene, products or any other products in the toilet.

Please turn off AC’s and lights when not in use.
